It is a package suitable for men and women, especially for women who do not want to go to the gym and wish to exercise at home using some simple sports equipment available.
It also suits men in the current situation in some countries due to the closure of gyms because of the coronavirus pandemic, allowing you to keep up your routine as if you were in the gym, maintain your level, and even improve it without having a gym.
Note: None of Zahir's team designs or writes the programs for subscribers at all - the programs are entirely by Ahmed personally, and the follow-up is from start to finish with Ahmed personally.

This package is not suitable for diabetics due to the need for regular monitoring of their condition.
